These privacy conditions are effective from 21.09.2022.

Definitions

Processing of personal data means any activity performed with the personal data of the website user (hereinafter the user) - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.

Users are all the persons, who visit the website, use services or transfer information, which includes reading articles, ordering products/services or contacting by e-mail.

Services are all the products and services, including newsletters offered by OÜ Marimed.

Processing of personal data

By using the website, the user consents to the processing of his/her data in accordance with these privacy conditions.

Through this website, OÜ Marimed collects the following personal data of users in the ways described below:

  • user's name and e-mail address - when the contact form is used or an e-mail is sent;
  • website traffic statistics – information about your web browser and IP address

Use of personal data

OÜ Marimed uses personal data:

  • to provide services and make product offers to the user, communicate with the user, send invoices;
  • to send notifications about new products, services and campaigns to the user's e-mail address, but only with the user's prior consent.
  • OÜ Marimed uses website traffic statistics to improve the user experience of the website and to increase marketing efficiency.

The user has the right to prohibit the processing of his/her personal data at any time, unless such processing is necessary for fulfilling a requirement under the contract, incl. for the provision of services.

Sharing of personal data

OÜ Marimed may share or transfer your personal data in connection with the change of owners, merger, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of our company. You will be notified of the transfer of your personal data and in case the data become subject to the provisions of another privacy policy.

  • OÜ Marimed may share your data with its business partners in order to offer you specific products, services or campaigns.
  • With your consent, OÜ Marimed may disclose your personal data for any other purpose.
  • OÜ Marimed is obliged to disclose your personal data in cases required by law. We may also disclose your data in good faith, to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, to prevent or establish possible violations of law related to the use of our services, and to ensure the safety of the users of services.

Storage and security of personal data

OÜ Marimed stores personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. For example, accounting data is stored for 7 years from the end of the financial year, while the e-mail address on a mailing list is stored until the user requests that it be deleted from the list.

OÜ Marimed applies all reasonable measures to protect the processed personal data. Access to modify and process personal data is restricted to authorized persons, and personal data of all users is treated as confidential information.

Rights of the user

The user has the right at any time to:

  • request access to his/her own data
  • request the correction, amendment or deletion of personal data under the conditions provided by law
  • request the restriction of the processing of personal data
  • request the transfer of personal data.

In order to exercise his/her rights, the user must send a corresponding request to the e-mail address info@mlilukliinik.ee

Users belonging in the mailing list of OÜ Marimed can have themselves deleted from the list and opt out of further emails by using the link at the end of the e-mail.

If the User believes that his/her rights have been violated during the processing of personal data, he/she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
