Biomodelling is a procedure, where the patient is injected with a hyaluronic acid-based preparation PROFHILO®, which starts to stimulate the production of four different types of collagen and elastin in the tissues.
This is a new treatment method, which has been granted a special award of aesthetics. Biomodeling is suitable for both men and women. The procedure is painless and causes no swelling, papules or hematomas.
Biomodelling with Profhilo is used most frequently to give a youthful look to the face, but it is also suitable for rejuvenating the appearance of the arms, neck, palms of hands, shoulders, inner thighs, knee tops and the cleavage area.
What is the biomodelling procedure?
The skin is anesthetized with a special cream before the procedure. The medicine is injected with very fine needles into five biologically active points on both sides of the face. For the best results, two treatment procedures should be performed with a four-week interval. The procedure lasts 10-20 minutes and the injection marks disappear in less than 30 minutes, but it takes up to 48 hours for the substance to be evenly distributed under the skin. The result is noticeable immediately, but it will improve even further over time. The final result will be visible after the second procedure.
After biomodelling:
Treatment with PROFHILO® is safe. Only on the day after the treatment all physical exertion and sports must be avoided. No other cosmetic procedures are allowed and it is also not recommended to go to a sauna, solarium or to sunbathe for two days.
